Southwestern Kids is an oversized vest with drop-down shoulders knitted from the bottom up. Knit the vest round and round until you have finished the pattern. The back and front are then knitted back and forth before sewing the shoulders together and knitting the hood. Knit the hood back and forth and knit together at the top. Finally, stitches are picked up around the armholes and buttonholes.
