Payment and delivery
Upon purchase, payment is deducted from your account and the item is shipped from the warehouse or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on the order. Sales to customers in Norway include VAT. Sales to customers outside Norway are priced excluding taxes. There may therefore be fees and taxes for the customer in the recipient country. This is the customer's responsibility

The site uses the following currencies for pricing:
Norway - Krone (NOK)

Delivery time for your order is 1-5 days in Norway - and longer for shipments to countries outside Norway (will vary from country to country). Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight / volume of the goods.

Items that are not picked up at the delivery point within the deadline will be sent back by the shipping company. Return is invoiced to the customer with NOK 300 if the package has a value of less than NOK 2000. Kits with a higher value are charged to the customer to cover actual costs the seller has such as handling costs, handling costs and shipping we have. Uncollected kits are not the same as the use of the right of withdrawal.

If you regret your purchase
LINKANEUMANN.COM offers a 14-day full refund on goods purchased on the website after the Cancellation Period Act by mail order. If the item has been tested / used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a small portion or none of the purchase amount will be refunded. It is up to LINKANEUMANN.COM to evaluate the condition of the item.

Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Norwegian Sales Act. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials and workmanship.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to LINKANEUMANN.COM within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 2 months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. The complaint waives the guarantee if the goods are handled incorrectly or unusually.

The customer must cover return costs. Warranty claims will not be accepted if sent via cash upon delivery.

The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute in amicable terms. If this fails, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation (Consumer Council for mediation). The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
