Right of withdrawal:
You have 14 days right of withdrawal on items purchased at LinkaNeumann.com. This means that you can return the item and get a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery: Send an email to post@linkaneumann.com with your order number and which items you wish to return.
2. Return the item within 14 days after you have notified us.

The condition of the goods:

• You are responsible for the condition of the item when you return it.
• You can try the item in the same way as in a physical store, but avoid using it beyond this.
• If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to test it, the value may be reduced and you will get less or nothing refunded.
• LinkaNeumann.com assesses the condition of the item and determines the refund amount.

Return:

• Send the item as a collection package to: Linka Neumann AS Granittveien 30, 1914 Enebakk Norway
• Send the tracking code to post@linkaneumann.com.
• We can't pick up parcels from the post office machine.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloadable goods.
