All parcels from us are tracked parcels. The parcels we send are collected from us every working day. Sometimes the carriers take a little longer to scan the parcel at the terminal and while waiting, it will say that the parcel is with the sender.
We will send out an order confirmation immediately after your order has been paid. If this is not received, it is most often because the e-mail entered has a typo. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you!
We send out digital patterns immediately after the purchase has been completed if it is in the yarn package. If you have not received it in the inbox or in the junk mail, you can contact email@example.com and we will help you. If you have an account with Linkaneumann.com, you will find the pattern under downloads.
The package is considered lost if your carrier notifies us that the package is gone. This is often when the package has been standing still for over 10 days. We will resend the order if the goods are in stock, if the order is not refunded. When the package has been handed over to the carrier, you must contact the selected carrier
If your package is not sent within 2-3 days, please contact us. As a rule, we sell stocked goods and these are packed consecutively on working days.
We only sell Norwegian books. Several players sell the books in other languages. The easiest thing is to use google to look up what you are looking for as we have no record of this.
We have several orders that have not yet arrived. We have been waiting for this for a long time. We also haven't been told when this will be in stock. The easiest way to stay informed is to click on the sold-out colour and set up an email alert.
