Most people knit tighter on the pattern than they do when knitting plain stockinette stitch. I have therefore included in the pattern that you should go up half a needle size when you knit the pattern at the top of the sleeves and body, and on the yoke. Knitting tension varies from person to person and always knit a test swatch before you start.

What is the difference between Luna, Vidde and Varde from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk?
All three yarns are Norwegian-made yarns made from 100% Norwegian wool. The yarns are made from wool from different Norwegian sheep breeds that give different expressions and feel in the garment. You can easily combine them.

Luna is made from 100% white lamb wool and is the softest of these three yarns. The colours are completely clear.
Vidde is made from white lamb wool and grey fur wool, which makes the colours mottled.
Varde is made from 100% fur wool from Norwegian fur sheep. This is a mottled and lustrous yarn.
