This privacy statement applies to all business processes in Linka Neumann AS , hereinafter referred to as the Processing Manager.

The statement provides information about data processing performed by the Processing Manager and determines the purpose and means of processing as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Information can be registered and stored when you register at www. linkaneumann.com, when you are in contact with sales and support either via email, chat or when you use our services.

Where do we store information about you - and where do we share the information about you with others?

Subcontractors

The data controller also uses services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored

Vipps:

If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.

Google Suite:

Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored at Gsuite by Google.

Zendesk:

Zendesk is our system for handling email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails as well as chat dialogs are stored at Zendesk.

Mailchimp:

Mailchimp is used for e-mail marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.

Google Analytics:

Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.

24Sevenoffice:

24Sevenoffice is our accounting system and data required for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name / address / orders / invoice.

WordPress:

We use WordPress with Woocommerce. Information related to the use of this website.

Bring:

We send kits with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

Postnord:

We send kits with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

HeltHjem:

We send kits with Helthjem and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

DHL Express:

We send kits with DHL and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

Paypal:

If you pay with Paypal in the online store, your information will be used for further identification and payment. 

Stripe:

If you pay with Stripe in the online store, your information will be used for further identification and payment.

Shiphero:

When you shop with us, we use the services of Shiphero to have the goods delivered to you. This involves information about you and your trade with us.

Communication through e-mail and sms

As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and text messages about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mail / sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as a legitimate interest and consent will not be sought.
