Yarn for
Baby Wilderness Sweater

Supplementary text for Baby-Wildland Sweater digital knitting pattern which you can find by clicking HERE

Most people knit tighter on patterns than they do when knitting solid color stockinette stitch. That's why I've included in the pattern that you should go up half a needle size when knitting patterns. Knitting tension varies from person to person and always knit a swatch before you start.

Yarn

Below I have made an overview of which yarns you can use to knit a Baby Wilderness Sweater. If you have a small baby, I would recommend that you go for a merino yarn, but if you have a baby who has started to explore outside, you can advantageously choose a yarn that can withstand a little more beating, such as Lamull from Rauma or Tynn Peer Gynt (you can knit the neck in merino wool so it doesn't itch). If you are going to knit a Wilderness Sweater for summer use, you can advantageously choose a cotton yarn.
