The knitting pattern for the Wilderness Sweater mid-season, then in a thick version, was first published in 2017. Since then, it has been knitted up in countless variations around the world. Now I have made a variant in thinner yarn that is more suitable for all seasons. Yarn packages can be found here

The sweater is knitted in fantastic Norwegian wool from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk. You can also knit it in Lettlopi if you want a more water-resistant variant. The Norwegian yarns Luna and Vidde are indeed better for all-around use, as they are a good deal softer than Lettlopi. The mid-season wilderness sweater is made for all seasons, but with special consideration for the spring and autumn mid-seasons.
