The pattern for the Wilderness sweater can be found in the book "Wilderness sweaters". This sweater is knitted in the Icelandic yarn Alafosslopi. Alafosslopi contains cover hair and undercoat from the sheep, which makes the garment water-repellent. Garments knitted in Alafosslopi are perfect for outdoor life. The garment becomes softer after washing. (Note = As the color placement is different than in the original pattern, the stated amount of yarn is only assumed. For a high neck, calculate an extra skein).
Knitting gauge: 10 cm on Pinne No. 6 = 13 stitches.

In this sweater I used double thread light loop in the color "rust heather (19427)". (Double thread light lopi corresponds to Alafosslopi in thickness).
