Children's polar wilderness sweater – Winter morning – yarn package
In 2017 I launched the pattern for the Wilderness Sweater. Almost a decade later, this is still my most popular design! Now I have finally made a thicker children's version knitted in Icelandic wool. You can find all yarn packages HERE .

10 cm solid color stocking stitch on Pinne 5.5 (6) 6 (6) 6 (6) 6 mm= 14 (13) 13 (13) 13 (13) 13 stitches
10 cm pattern knit on Pinne 6.5 (7) 7 (7) 7 (7) 7 mm= 14 (13) 13 (13) 13 (13) 13 stitches
(The needle size given is only a guide. If you get more stitches than given in 10 cm, go up one needle size. If you get fewer stitches than given in 10 cm, go down one needle size).

Yarn : Alafosslopi from Istex

Yarn alternatives : Troll and/or Blåne from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk. If you use these yarns, you may need to go up in needle size as they are somewhat thinner than Alafosslopi.
