Pokhara child is an oversized vest with drop-down shoulders knitted from the bottom up. The vest is knitted round and round until the pattern is finished. The back and front are then knitted back and forth before you sew the shoulders together and knit the hood. The hood is knitted back and forth and knitted together at the top.
