Katmandugenser German - you will receive the pattern by e-mail
The Katmandu sweater is inspired by the Hippie era of the 60s and 70s. Kathmandu was a popular destination for many hippies in so-called "hippie trails" at this time.
The sweater is knitted round and round, from the bottom up. The bodice and sleeves are knitted separately before being joined together Pinne when the yoke is to be knitted.
The Katmandu jumper has a lot of pattern and several sections on the sleeves and body with three colours. This means that the jumper can easily be knitted too tightly. Therefore, be extra careful to check the knitting tightness before you start.
