Alasuq mid-season! The pattern for Alasuq, then in a thick version, was first published in my first book, Wilderness Sweaters from 2019. Since then, it has been knitted in countless variations around the world. Now I have made a variant in thinner yarn that is more suitable for all seasons. The sweater is knitted in fantastic Norwegian wool from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk. You can also knit it in Lettlopi if you want a more water-resistant variant. The Norwegian yarns Luna and Vidde are indeed better for all-around use, as they are a good deal softer than Lettlopi.
