Femund headband – Digital knitting pattern developed by Linka Neumann in collaboration with the Femundløpet World Championships 2025.

Measure your head to find the right size. The headband will stretch out a bit with use, so choose the size that is slightly shorter in circumference than your head measurement.

Strikkefasthet: 10 cm mønsterstrikk på pinne 4 (3) 3,5 (4) mm= 22 (24) 23 (22) masker
(Oppgitt pinnestørrelse er kun veiledende. Får du flere masker enn oppgitt på 10 cm går du opp en pinnestørrelse. Får du færre masker enn oppgitt på 10 cm går du ned en pinnestørrelse). 

Yarn : Sol lambswool yarn from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk. If you itch easily, you can use a merino yarn on the fold edges such as Double Sunday from Sandnes garn.

Yarn quantity:
Pattern color 4: 50 grams
Pattern color 1,2,3: Use leftover yarn.

Sticks :
Circular needle size 3 (2.5) 3 (3) mm and 4 (3) 3.5 (4) mm, 50 (or 40) cm long depending on the size you are knitting.
