Royalty sales of hand-knitted garments

When selling hand-knitted garments, a royalty is paid back to the designer. Add 1 royalty for each sale made. Multiple royalties can also be added simultaneously. It is sufficient to purchase the royalty; that way, we have an overview of the sellers.

This permission applies only to private individuals selling hand-knitted garments to other private individuals. If you sell more than 1 sweater per year, a royalty must be added.

Question: When should a royalty be added?
Answer: After the garment has been sold.

Question: Do I have to add a royalty even if I own the books?
Answer: Yes. The sale of garments follows different legislation in this context.

Question: Is VAT charged?
Answer: Yes, it is. Do you keep accounts and need an invoice in addition to the receipt? Send us an email :)
