This design is perfect for exciting films where you want to avoid super complicated patterns or if you want to try colorwork for the first time.

If you want a soft cardigan to lounge around in at home or in the cabin, you can knit it in Puno from Rauma. It will be so soft and comfortable. Otherwise, I recommend Vams for outdoor use! You can find the pattern for the Primula sweater and cardigan for children in my book "Wilderness Sweaters for Children" which was published in autumn 2023.

Gauge:
10 cm single-color stockinette stitch on 6 mm needles = 14 stitches
10 cm colorwork on 7 mm needles = 14 stitches
(The indicated needle size is only a guide. If you get more stitches than stated per 10 cm, go up one needle size. If you get fewer stitches than stated per 10 cm, go down one needle size).

Yarn: Vams from Rauma
Yarn alternatives: Alafosslopi, Troll and/or Blåne from Hillesvåg or Alafosslopi. Remember to check your gauge before you start. You can also use Puno from Rauma if you want a super soft sweater.
