Plötulopi from Istex consists of both undercoat and guard hairs from the sheep, making the garment water-repellent and very durable. Garments knitted with Plötulopi are therefore excellent for use in all weathers. With a sweater knitted with Lopi yarn, you will stay warm on the coldest winter nights. After washing, the garment becomes softer and more comfortable to wear.

Single strand Plötulopi yarn can be combined with Lettlopi. Double strand Plötulopi yarn can be combined with Alafosslopi.

Needle: 4.5 mm single strand. 6 mm double strand.
Gauge single strand = 18 stitches on 4.5 mm needles = 10 cm
Gauge double strand = 13 stitches on 6 mm needles = 10 cm
Ball: Approx. 100 g = Approx. 300 m
Wash by hand and dry flat.
