Jeg bruker ikke så ofte smykker, mest fordi det er upraktisk, og fordi jeg stort sett går i tykke gensere. Derfor hadde jeg lyst å designe en genser som ga meg følelsen av å ha på meg et smykke rundt halsen. Jeg lot meg inspirere av drømmefangere og ga gensenen et indiansk navn.

Gauge

10 cm (4”) of plain stockinette stitch on 4.5 mm (US 7) needles = 18 stitches

10 cm (4”) of colorwork on 5 mm (US 8) needles = 18 stitches

Most knitters knit tighter when doing colorwork than when knitting plain stockinette. Therefore, the pattern instructs you to go up half a needle size when knitting colorwork. Gauge varies from person to person, always knit a swatch before you begin.
