The Pokhara vest for children is an oversized vest with drop-down shoulders, knitted bottom-up. The vest is knitted in the round until the pattern is complete. The back and front are then knitted flat before seaming the shoulders and knitting the hood. The hood is knitted flat and seamed at the top.
