Yarn kit - complete with yarn and pattern

NO - EN - DE - FI

This jumper is knitted slightly differently. The base colour and pattern colour 3 are the same, and pattern colour 2 and 5 are also the same. The yarn quantity given is therefore only an estimate.

The Nature Conservation Jumper! I have created this pattern to raise money for the Norwegian Society for the Conservation of Nature. I hope you like it! Enjoy your knitting. Best regards, Linka<3

Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (XXL) Women/Men

Gauge
10 cm in plain stockinette stitch with needle 4 (4.5) 5 (4) 4.5 (5) mm = 19 (18) 17 (19) 18 (19) stitches
10 cm in colorwork with needle 4.5 (5) 5.5 (4.5) 5 (5.5) mm = 19 (18) 17 (19) 18 (19) stitches

Most people knit colorwork tighter than plain stockinette stitch. Therefore, I have included in the pattern that you should go up half a needle size when knitting colorwork. Gauge varies from person to person, so always knit a swatch before you begin.

Yarn
Luna, Vidde, and/or Varde from Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk, Lettlopi from Istex, Fivel from Rauma, or Viking wool from Vikinggarn.

Yarn Quantity
This sweater is perfect for using up scrap yarn. You can also use the same color in multiple places to create a version with fewer colors. For example, you can use the same color for the main color and pattern color 3. You can also use the same color for pattern color 1 and 6, or 2 and 5, if you want a version with fewer colors.
