Gauge
10 cm stockinette stitch with one color on 6 mm needles = 14 stitches
10 cm colorwork on 7 mm needles = 14 stitches
Most knitters knit tighter with colorwork than when knitting plain stockinette stitch. I have therefore included in the pattern that you should go up half a needle size when knitting colorwork. Gauge varies from person to person, and always knit a swatch before you begin.
Yarn: Vams from Rauma
For summer use, you can use Tykk Line from Sandnes garn.

Contrast color 1: 50 g all sizes (cloudberry heather - 312)

Circular needles 40 cm long in sizes 4.5 mm and 6 mm
Circular needles 80 cm and 100 cm long (depending on size), 4.5 mm, 6 mm and 7 mm.
