Vacancy: E-Commerce Employee (40%) 

We at Linka Neumann AS are looking for a skilled and reliable employee for a 40% position who wants to be part of our small team. We sell quality yarn, knitting patterns, accessories, ready-made knitted sweaters and more! Now we are looking for a steady person who can contribute to being our pillar in our operations and growth, both in Norway and internationally! Application deadline May 4th

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer service and follow-up of both Norwegian and international customers.
  • Order processing and logistics.
  • Updating and maintenance of the online store (woocommerce).
  • Contribute to marketing on social media and other digital channels.
  • Support in the development of our national and international initiatives.
  • Other tasks related to operations and growth in e-commerce.

Qualifications

  • Education or experience with e-commerce or similar
  • You have a strong will to persevere and thrive on a dynamic everyday life.
  • You are structured, independent and solution-oriented
  • You have good computer skills and an interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.
  • Good language skills, both oral and written

About the position: As our new Digital Marketer, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth. You will work closely with us and can work from home, giving you flexibility in your daily life.

Your responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Develop and send newsletters, segment lists, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
  • SEO: Increase our visibility in Google using keyword analysis, website text optimization, and link building.
  • Marketing strategy: Actively participate in the development of marketing strategies and their implementation.
  • Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Social media: Participate in work on various SoMe platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience with digital marketing (content marketing, email, automations, social media++).
  • Good understanding of SEO.
  • Good understanding of sales in this niche
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta for Business and MailPoet or similar.
  • Experience with WooCommerce is an advantage.
  • Ability to write engaging texts in Norwegian and English.
  • An interest in yarn, knitting and outdoor activities is a great advantage.
  • Independent, creative and proactive.
